We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Todd Thurlow and Dr. Lisa Thurlow provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you find that you need to change your appointment, please let us know 24 business hours in advance. By doing so, we can assist another patient in the vacated appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice and/or failure to arrive at the appointed time may result in a cancellation fee.

Insurance and Billing

If you are unsure if our doctors are “in-network” for your coverage, it is best to check with your insurance company directly.  If your insurance covers dental treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance with you to determine the appropriate course of action.  Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.

Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
