We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients by participating in most major dental PPO insurance plans as well as payment options to help you budget your healthcare goals. We do not participate in any dental HMO plans, community plans for adults, or have in-house memberships or discounts. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards and offer third-party financing through CareCredit as well as cash or check. Payment is expected at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 913-341-7440. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you find that you need to change your appointment, please let us know 24 business hours in advance. By doing so, we can assist another patient in the vacated appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice and/or failure to arrive at the appointed time may result in a cancellation fee.
